Five-piece costume worn by Christopher Reeve as Superman in the movie Superman IV: The Quest for Peace. In 1987, Reeve reprised the title role in this superhero adventure about Superman's efforts to eliminate nuclear weapons on Earth. Sidney J. Furie directed this film which also stars Gene Hackman, Margot Kidder, and Jackie Cooper.
